LEARN TOMORROW is a joint venture of CREATE and several international renowned and longstanding companies in the fields of e-learning, business development and career management, specializing in the areas of content management and learning management. CREATE is one of Austria‘s Top 15 New Media agencies and we have maintained a very good collegial and familiar team climate for our team of about 40 people. Learning is not only a concept, but a living and lifelong process. In order to be able to open up even more new learning worlds for our customers and thus the world in the future by means of our WBT‘s (Web Based Trainings) and Blended Learnings, we have founded our LEARN TOMORROW.

What we are looking for

● Very good knowledge of common programming languages and frameworks – especially Ruby on Rails, Java/Spring, Clojure

● Very good knowledge of object-oriented programming

● Good knowledge of SQL-Server products – MySQL

● Experience with automated tests – TDD/BDD

● Knowledge and experience with React, HTML5, SCSS, Gulp/Grunt, Git

● Knowledge in functional programming is advantageous

● good command of written and spoken English (international team)

● Several years of professional experience in the development of online applications are desirable

Your taks

● Maintenance and further development of our existing online applications as our backend developer and software architect

● Ensuring stability and code quality

● Close cooperation with our design and UX/UI teams as well as the internal development team during project implementation

● Ability to work in a team as well as independently

● Understanding of systemic, process-based scenarios and interrelationships

Payment according to the collective min. gross € 2.300.- / full time; however, the payment is performance-oriented and depends on your experience and qualifications (employment contracts from freelancer, on project basis up to permanent employment possible).
